This thermal pet nest provides a soft, warm retreat for small animals such as hamsters, parrots, hedgehogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and devil squirrels. Made from flannel, cotton velvet, and high elastic sponge, it offers a comfortable place for pets to rest during colder periods. The nest is available in four sizes to accommodate different species and breeds, and comes in four colour options. Whether you keep a single hamster or several small birds, this nest is designed to meet basic warmth and comfort needs.

Features and Construction

The nest combines flannel and cotton velvet with a high elastic sponge core. These materials are chosen for their soft texture and ability to retain shape, providing a gentle surface for small pets. The construction is straightforward, focusing on warmth and cosiness without unnecessary complexity.

Material and Build

The outer layer is made of flannel, known for its soft feel. Inside, cotton velvet adds an extra layer of comfort, while the high elastic sponge gives the nest structure and cushioning. This combination creates a plush environment that helps retain warmth. The materials are lightweight and flexible, allowing the nest to be placed in various enclosures.

Size and Practical Fit

Four sizes are available: 8x8cm, 14x12cm, 17x15cm, and 22x21cm. The smallest size is suitable for hamsters. The 14x12cm size fits finches, pearl birds, tiger skin parrots, and peony birds, either singly or in small groups. The 17x15cm size accommodates two tiger skin or peony birds, a Xuanfeng, Golden Sun, or monk parrot. The largest size, 22x21cm, is suitable for two Xuanfeng, Golden Sun, or monk parrots, as well as a medium or large parrot. These dimensions allow you to choose a nest that matches your pet's size and grouping.

Uses and Placement

This nest can be used in various settings, from indoor cages to outdoor aviaries, depending on the pet. It provides a dedicated resting spot that helps keep small animals warm. The neutral colours blend easily with most enclosure themes.

Event or Professional Use

For breeders, pet shops, or animal rescues, these nests offer a practical way to provide temporary warmth for small animals. The range of sizes means you can cater to different species with a single product line. The nests are easy to place and remove, making them suitable for short-term or seasonal use.

Everyday Home Use

For pet owners, the nest serves as a cosy bed for everyday use. It can be placed in a cage corner or a favourite hiding spot. The soft materials encourage pets to settle, and the nest is light enough to move when cleaning the enclosure. The four colour options allow you to coordinate with your pet's accessories.

Benefits and Buying Value

This pet nest focuses on providing warmth and comfort through its material choice and size range. It is a straightforward product that meets a basic need without unnecessary features. The availability of multiple sizes and colours adds flexibility for different pets and preferences.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The nest can be reused after cleaning. Spot cleaning with a damp cloth is usually sufficient for light soiling. For deeper cleaning, gentle hand washing is recommended to preserve the flannel and velvet. Air drying ensures the sponge retains its shape. With proper care, the nest can remain a comfortable spot for your pet over time.
